IS IT EASY TO RETURN ITEMS?
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email or an Instant Refund Voucher.
To be eligible for a full return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once received, returns may take up to 30 days to process. Once processed by our return specialist it may take 3-7 days depending on your banking institution to reflect your statement.

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
Items purchased in the last 45 days for our US customers only.
International customers, please visit our Help Center for return instructions or to contact Customer Service.

WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?
Items marked as final sale.
Discontinued items.
Partial return of gift sets.
Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
Products from orders you have not received.

CAN I ASK FOR AN EXCHANGE?
We can replace/exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@naturalorganicbody.com and send your item to: Natural Organic Body-Exchanges P.O. Box 351624 Palm Coast Florida US 32135.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
